Since 2006, Chabad’s wide-open doors, lively Jewish programs, and famous Shabbat dinners have made thousands of students feel at home while in college.
To adequately serve our community, we must expand our long-overcrowded Chabad House.
But we must do more than expand the space.
We must expand our vision.
Our landmark location faces the entrance to Haverford College. Yet, as a seemingly private residence, it can take students months, even years to approach our doors. When they do, they wish they’d known so much earlier that this home is their home.
As we embark on this expansion campaign, we envision a home where every student from Haverford, Bryn Mawr, and across the Main Line feels welcome—a place alive with Jewish pride, belonging, and heritage
In our post-October 7 world, the moment has come to create a true home of welcome—an open invitation to all who seek Jewish belonging, resilience, and continuity.
With your generous partnership, we will build for the here and now — and for the future.
